Project Detail:

The company has to set up a six (6.0) MTPA capacity integrated steel plant along with 893 MW Captive Power Plant at Bellary District in Karnataka under the name of UGFL. GoK has accorded approval to implement the project.
The capital cost of the project is Rs 36,000/- Crores and the capital cost for Environmental protection measures is proposed as Rs.5625 Crores. & recurring cost per annum Rs.563 Crores. The employment generation from the proposed project / expansion is 6427 employment.
