Project Detail:
Now, unit proposes to expand existing distillery capacity from 45 KLPD to 90 KLPD Molasses /Cane Juice/ Syrup based distillery plant by proposing 45 KLPD distillery for the production of fuel ethanol within existing distillery plant. The expansion of fuel ethanol plant from 45 KLD to 90 KLPD capacity will employ state of art technology for production of fuel ethanol i.e. fermentation with high Alcohol percent, multi pressure distillation system, integrated and standalone evaporation section and Spent wash Dryer. Sugar factory will supply cane juice/syrup and/or molasses, while the boiler and turbine will supply steam and power to the ethanol plant. The existing sugar plant have high pressure boiler of capacity 35 TPH – 2 Nos., 60 TPH – 1 Nos., 20 TPH– 1 Nos., (total 150 TPH steam generation) while for the proposed project additional 20 TPH boiler will be installed and total Captive power plant of 11 MW (3 Nos. turbine of capacity 3MW & 1 Nos. turbine of capacity 2 MW).
The total project cost for the proposed project would be around Rs. 2,085.6 Lacs, Capital and recurring cost of EPCM will be around 555.6 Lacs and 20.4 Lac/Annum respectively.
