Environmental Clearance/No Objection Certificate for the Proposed EWS Housing under Pradhan Mantri Awasiya Yojana by M/s Ojas Township Private Limited located at Khasra No. 463, Village Shimla Pistore, Tehsil Rudrapur, District Udham Singh Nagar, Uttarakhand (Built up Area - 41809.02 Sq. m).

M/s Ojas Township Private Limited would bring nearly 28343.76 Sq. m. of quality infrastructure for EWS Housing Society with commercial space, adequate car parking’s, open area with setback area and required greenbelt. The project involve the construction of two types of building Clusters (Type – A & B). Type – A includes 16 clusters of G+3 with 16 Nos. of Units on each floor (Total 1024 Nos. of Units) and Type – B includes 10 cluster of G+3 with total 08 Nos. of unit on each floor (Total 320 Nos. of Units). Thus total 1344 nos. of EWS units are proposed to be built along with 04 commercial and 01 Public/Semi Public Plots. The proposed project will gain a maximum height of 11.6m (upto the highest occupied Floor).
The total cost of the project is estimated at Rs.64.90 Crore. The cost of EMP would be Rs.1.40 Crore with its recurring cost of 0.70 Crore (Proposed Scenario).
