The company has Expansion of Edible Oil Production Unit and Setting up of Proposed Stearic Acid Manufacturing Plant
The total plot area of the existing manufacturing unit is 14.51 Ha. The expansion of the unit will be done within the adjoining vacant land in the industrial unit for the proposed expansion.
Total 47898.84 m2 i.e. 33.33 % of the plant area (11914 m2 i.e. 8% of plant area within the plant and rest, we will adopt green area from Bhuj Municipal Corporation/ DM directed area will be undertaken for green belt development.
The estimated project cost for proposed expansion is Rs. 54.57 Crore and total cost of the project after expansion will be Rs. 259.66 Crore. Total capital cost earmarked towards environmental pollution control measures after expansion is Rs. 3222 Lakhs (existing cost- Rs. 2560 Lakhs & proposed cost- Rs. 662 Lakhs) and the Recurring cost (operation and maintenance) will be about Rs. 192 Lakhs per annum (existing cost- Rs 192 Lakhs per annum & proposed cost- Rs. 72 Lakhs per annum)
