Project Detail:
The proposed project entails construction of various structures necessary for generation of power from this hydroelectric project. The major project components will be concrete gravity dam, diversion tunnel, surface power house complex, Tail Race Channel, office complex, residential colony, approach roads, and other related structures. Since the project envisages construction of main project components and infrastructure development along with Project Township, office complex, approach roads etc, there will be significant improvement in road connectivity and other infrastructure amenities, and socio-economic development as well. This may lead to increased housing and overall commercial development of the area.
The estimated project cost is 2020.26 Cr. There is likelihood of providing employment to approximately 1055 people during construction period.
