Project Detail:

The company has intends to set up a 9.0 MMTPA grass root Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in Pachpadra Tehsil of District Barmer in the state of Rajasthan. In future, it is proposed to expand the refinery capacity from 9.0 to 18.0 MMTPA.
Crude oil pipeline is proposed from COT at Mundra to HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) Refinery at Pachpadra, Barmer District of Rajasthan. The total length of the crude oil pipeline is approximately 487 Km. The pipeline size as 30” is being proposed (to be finalized) corresponding to 18 MMTPA of crude oil capacity. However pumping facility shall be provided corresponding to 9 MMTPA Crude oil capacities. Pipeline shall be provided with adequate provision for future expansion for 18 MMTPA capacities.
