M/s Aryavarta Khanija Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on 18th Day of December 2009, having its Registered Office at Flat No-206, Block-B, Unit-13, Shree Niketan Sundara, PO/PS- Barbil, Keonjhar, Odisha-758035 and Corporate Office at 202, HMP House, 4 Fairley Place, Kolkata[1]700001. The Board of Directors of the company consists of three directors Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Vasani, Mr. Mohammad Shakeel Ansari & Mr. Jaiky Vasani. At present the company is engaged in Processing and Handling of dolochar, flyash & ESP dust and water management. The production unit will be equipped with all the latest environment friendly machinery required for an iron & steel factory. The company has required 9.58 Acres (3.877 hectares) of land for setting up of a Steel Plant located at Village & Post: Hat Ashuria, Mauza: Basudevpur, P.S: Barjora, District: Bankura, Pin - 722122, West Bengal for proposed project. The company intends to set up 2 Nos. of 9 MVA Furnace for 24,000 TPA Ferro Alloys and 1 No. of 15 Ton Induction Furnaces for 36,000 TPA Billet on the said land.
Total project cost is Rs. 67.60 Crores.
