Project Detail:
The proposed project titled “Group Housing Colony” is located at Ashok Vihar, Plot B, District- North West Delhi, 110052 developed by M/s Godrej Green Woods Pvt. Ltd. The landparcel belongs to Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA). The letter of acceptance has been received from RLDA by M/s Godrej Green Woods Pvt. Ltd. for the development ofGroup Housing. The project has two plots - A and B with a road dividing two plots. Plot A has already been granted Environmental Clearance vide letter no. 21-85/2020-IA.III dated 05.01.2021 for the construction of Group Housing Colony of total plot area 28,888 m2 and total built-up area of 1,48,863.3 m2
The total cost of the project will be approximately Rs. 2339.31 Crores. The total plot area of the project will be 78710 m2. 26100 m2 will be utilized as Ground Coverage. Total FAR Area of the project will be 182102 m2. Total Basement area of the project will be 100000 m2 & Non FAR area of the project will be 65000 m2. The total built-up area will be 347102 m2. The total population of the project has been estimated to be 7200 nos. (Residents- 6800; Staff- 100 and Visitors-300).
