Project Detail:

The company has propose to develop Kosalanagaram Industrial Park (Block – B, C, D E) in an area of 4386.00 ac. (1775.0 ha.) on Work, Live and Learn concept focusing on FMCG, Agro based units, food processing units , Leather Accessories, Electronics, ESDM, Auto mobile and auto components, engineering , Metal and metallurgical, Solar and wind power equipment manufacturing, MSME units, Chemical (Paint), Pharmaceutical Formulations & R&D units, apparel manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics & Packaging industries.

The proposed project is estimated to bring investment of Rs.15000 to 20000 Crores. Estimated project cost for infrastructure development is Rs.587 Crores.

The cost of internal infrastructure development is provided below. This cost would include site development, internal road network, internal water supply system (storage and distribution), internal power supply network (transformers and cabling), wastewater conveyance network, storm water drainage network, firefighting system, development of green belt and green areas and common buildings (common amenity, utility and services). It is proposed to develop the project in various phases commensurate to the market demand. The infrastructure development will be initiated after obtaining necessary approvals. The development may likely to complete by 2040.
