Project Detail:
The company has proposed to develop the industrial park with multi -specialty manufacturing facility in-line with the NMP objective and identified National Investment & Manufacturing Zone (NIMZ) project site in Prakasam District with 14,378 acres of Greenfield land
The proposed project will develop a ready to facilitate industrial manufacturing hub for upcoming potential industries like solar power, Defense and aerospace, Textile, Electronics, Pharma etc. The developed planned city for industries would ensure the new entrepreneur or technology farms that they do not need bother about utility and resource. The well -developed connectivity will help in faster movement of material transportations. Close connectivity of Sea ports will encourage the industries who want to export the manufacturing products outside the India.
The proposed industrial park will generate great opportunity towards local youth, as the park estimated to require almost 25 thousands of skilled and semi-skilled workers during its operational phase. In addition, there will be requirement of 3.15 lakhs of human resources by means of direct and indirect employment during the construction and operational phase
Based on the block estimates for the various facilities proposed in the NIMZ, the cost of the Project is tentatively estimated as Rs. 4,381.01 crores. The 15% of the total project cost will be used in Environmental Management of the project and the surroundings.
The proposed industrial park would be developed in a phased manner and the estimated time for starting the project is only after receiving the Environment Clearance form MOEF&CC and other regulatory consents from concerned authorities. The details of phases are provided below:
a. Phase-1:- 2022-2024 (3,806.84 acres)
b. Phase-2:- 2024-2026 (4,062.37 acres)
c. Phase-3:- 2026-2028 (3,113.94 acres)
d. Phase-4:- 2028-2030 (3,395.10 acres)
