The project site is earmarked as commercial development as per the Delhi Master Plan 2021 and as per the approved local development plan. The proposed expansion of the project is planned and designed as per the regulations and procedures laid down. The project will be designed and constructed within the designated site as per the defined building bye-laws, National Building Code 2016.
