Project Detail:
The company has proposed to enhance the capacity development of India’s civil services, Project will undertake a wide range of initiatives to transform learning and capacity development ranging from refreshing policy, outlining new competencies and strengthening training institutions. Integrated Government Online Training (iGOT 2.0) is designed to be the digital backbone for this transformation. iGOT 2.0, a digital platform with the necessary configurability and flexibility to provide users with anytime – anywhere – any device access. The iGOT 2.0 initiative is specifically aimed at need-based capacity building of civil services and aims to create a shared learning architecture that will facilitate Government training institutions to cross leverage courses, other learning resources and competency testing arrangements.
