Project Detail:
The proposal is for the development of the Dighi Port Industrial Area (DPIA). The site is located in Maharashtra. The total land available for development in the DPIA comprises of 6,500 Ha.
Development includes area development and development of land infrastructure like:
- Plotting and zoning (residential, engineering, pharma, chemical and food processing zone)
- Access roads to MIDC 60 m RoW (2 nos.) of 4 lanes connecting Indapur Bypass and Pansai (length: 1820 m) and connecting Sutarwadi (at Kolad-Pune State Highway SH -) to Pahur (length: 130 m)
- Approximately 325 km long internal road network (~125 km long & 7.5 m wide road of 2 lanes, ~100 km long & 5 m wide road of 1 lane, ~65 km long & 15 m wide road of 4 lanes, ~28 km long & 15 m wide road of 4 lanes)
- Construction of Common Facility Centre, Fire Station
- Internal Water supply network, External Water supply network
- Jackwell on Kundalika river near Kamat village and Water Treatment Plant (100 MLD capacity) near Pahur village will be established. Irrigation department has approved abstraction of 120 MLD from Kundalika river.
- Underground effluent pipeline network and stormwater drain networks, CETP (approx. 70 MLD capacity), streetlighting etc.
- Residential facilities are proposed as part of the site in Residential Zone primarily for employees of MIDC and nearby industries.
