Project detail:
The company has proposed to establish Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP) having 2.5 MLD capacities along with facility of effluent conveyance network and treated water distribution network for water jet looms bearing industries in Rajhans Fila Textile Park. We have decided to entrust the development of proposed CETP.
The proposed project consists of about 1395 weaving units (1320 Nos. power looms units and 75 Nos. of water jet looms units). Only water jet loom units (75 nos.) will generate waste water. Capacity of proposed CETP is decided considering worst case scenario of waste water generation. Each unit will generate maximum 33.06 KLD waste water. Total nos; of waste water generating units will be 75 nos. Hence total waste water generation from the proposed project will be 2,480 KLD.
Total land required for proposed CETP will be 5041.4 sq.m; which will be spare out of total 417397.0 sq.m; of total land for Textile Park. Total project cost, including conveyance and recycling network with CETP, will be Rs. 9.8 crores. Proposed project will be designed for effluent generated from water jet looms located in the Rajhans Fila Textile Park. After Becoming operational there will be around 75 water jet loom based units located within the Rajhans Fila Textile Park will be members of this proposed CETP. All member industries will provide Oil and Grease Trap, Collection Tank, Equalization Tank and Screening System and flow measuring device, online TDS & pH meter at their end. These facilities will be within the premises of the member industry. At the outlet of member industry, the effluent will be conveyed to the CETP through common pipeline.
