Project Details :-
Mussorie Dehradun Development Authority (MDDA), Dehradun has proposed development of residential Project “Aam Wala Tarla Group Housing Project (LIG, MIG, HIG & EWS)” located at Khasra No. 102 JHA, Village: Aam Wala Tarala, Teh: Dehradun, Dist.:Dehradun. MDDA has planned the concept keeping Residential oriented objective in mind for LIG, HIG, MIG & EWS group population. The no. of units proposed in the EWS category is 240 units, 15 blocks (Each block being G+3), LIG being 80 units, 5 blocks (Each block being G+3). MIG being 112 units ,4 blocks (each block being S+G+6),HIG being 112 units, 4 blocks (Each block being S+G+6), STUDIO APARTMENT being 48 units , 3 blocks (Each block being G+3). In percentage comes EWS is 40.54% LIG is 13.5% MIG is 18.9% HIG is 18.9% STUDIO APARTMENT is 81 % .Total no’s of unit 592.The permissible FAR is 2 and the achieved Far is 1.69. The total FAR area is 35399.4 Sq. mtr.
