| Project Detail : | ndian Hotels Company (IHCL) has signed a greenfield agreement to develop a new Gateway hotel in Sector-83, Gurugram, Haryana, strengthening its presence in one of India’s fastest-growing hospitality catchment areas. The upcoming property will add 220 rooms to IHCL’s portfolio and is designed to cater to both corporate and social travel demand in the National Capital Region (NCR). The hotel will feature multiple dining options, including an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, and a specialty restaurant. It will also offer modern leisure facilities such as a fully equipped gymnasium and a swimming pool. For events and business gatherings, the property will include a large banquet hall spanning 7,000 sq. ft., positioning it as a key venue for conferences, weddings, and corporate functions. With this addition, IHCL will expand its footprint in Haryana to 15 hotels, including six currently under development.
