| Project Detail : | PVV Infra has announced an accelerated infrastructure growth strategy focused on National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) wayside amenities (WSA), positioning the segment as a key long-term business driver. The company has already secured bids for three WSA sites, including one on the Gwalior–Jhansi stretch and two near Ujjain, and is preparing bids for two additional sites on the Delhi–Dehradun corridor. It has also shortlisted eight more high-potential locations across major highway routes such as Raipur–Visakhapatnam, Bengaluru–Chennai, Ujjain–Garoth, and Delhi–Dehradun, bringing its total pipeline to 13 sites across multiple states. The company views WSAs as integrated mobility hubs aligned with India’s expanding highway network, increasing passenger and freight movement, and growing adoption of EV infrastructure. These facilities are planned to include fuel stations, EV charging points, food courts, quick-service restaurants, truck terminals, healthcare services, retail outlets, dormitories, and hospitality spaces. PVV Infra aims to focus on building the core civil and passive infrastructure required for these projects, while partnering with operators across fuel, EV charging, hospitality, retail, and logistics ecosystems. |
