| Project Detail : | CCI Projects has successfully completed a 3,400 cubic mtrs. temperature-controlled concrete pour for the raft foundation of a new tower at Rivali Park 2 in Mumbai, marking a significant milestone in its ongoing project ‘Skyleap’. The operation involved approx. 8,500 tonne and required continuous execution across three shifts per day to maintain structural integrity and timing precision. Prior to the pour, more than 1,000 tonne of reinforcement steel were cut, bent, and tied to prepare the foundation. The construction process incorporated advanced engineering techniques to manage thermal conditions, including mock-up trials, use of ice to control concrete temperature, embedded sensors to monitor heat variations, protective coverings to reduce external temperature impact, and smog guns to create cooling mist. These measures ensured quality and durability during the large-scale pour. The activity was conducted while other construction work continued simultaneously across the development, demonstrating efficient project coordination. CCI Projects, established in 2000 and based in Mumbai, has completed over 900 residences across its Rivali Park development along the Western Express Highway in Borivali. Rivali Park 2 is a gated community spread across six acres currently under development phase. |
