| Project Title : | NILE Hospitality signs Courtyard by Marriott Somnath to expand presence in Gujarat |
| Company Name : | Private Company |
| Project Detail : | NILE Hospitality has signed ‘Courtyard by Marriott Somnath’, further expanding its footprint in Gujarat and strengthening its portfolio of internationally branded hotels in emerging pilgrimage and leisure destinations. The upcoming property will feature 120 rooms and suites, along with banquet facilities, a swimming pool and other hospitality amenities designed to cater to both religious and leisure travellers. Located near the iconic Somnath Temple, the hotel is expected to benefit from the steady rise in domestic tourism and spiritual travel to the region. Somnath has witnessed increasing tourist footfall in recent years due to improved road and rail connectivity, enhanced civic infrastructure and growing interest in religious tourism across India. The project forms part of NILE Hospitality’s broader expansion strategy in Gujarat, where the company already operates across key destinations such as Gir and Dwarka. By partnering with Marriott International, the company aims to bring globally recognised hospitality standards to high-growth tourism markets beyond metropolitan cities. The Courtyard by Marriott Somnath project is expected to support local tourism growth, while strengthening the region’s hospitality ecosystem and visitor experience. Speaking on the signing, Vikram Singh Chauhan, Founder & CEO, NILE Hospitality, said, “At NILE, we are guided by a clear principle: to grow with purpose, to create enduring value, and to bring and deliver transformative properties and experiences that resonate with our guests. As we bring our hotels to the country’s most extraordinary destinations, our commitment remains focused on attention, quality and the sustainable success of our hotels.” |
