| Project Detail : | Brigade Group has signed a joint development agreement (JDA) to develop a premium residential project on a 5.6-acre land parcel in Kompally, a fast-growing corridor in North Hyderabad. The proposed development is expected to generate an estimated revenue potential of Rs 850 crore and will cater to rising demand for high-quality, sustainable and modern housing in the region. Brigade Group plans to develop the site into a landmark residential community featuring contemporary architecture and world-class amenities. The latest project further strengthens Brigade’s expansion strategy in Hyderabad, where the company has been steadily increasing its presence across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail segments. The Group had entered the Hyderabad market with Brigade at No.7 in Banjara Hills and later expanded through projects including "Brigade Citadel" in Moti Nagar, "Brigade Gateway" at Neopolis, "Brigade Enclave" and "Brigade Manor". The company recently announced another four-acre residential project in Neopolis, currently at an advanced design stage. Brigade Group plans to invest around Rs 5,000 crore in Hyderabad over the next three to four years to accelerate its growth across multiple real estate segments. The company sees strong long-term demand potential in North Hyderabad driven by infrastructure growth, connectivity improvements and increasing urban development. |
