| Project Detail : | Brigade Group has partnered with Bain Capital to develop a major mixed-use project in Bengaluru through a 50:50 joint venture. The project, with a total investment of approx. Rs 2,200 crore, will span around two million sq. ft. and be built on an 11-acre land parcel. Strategically located on ITPL Main Road in Whitefield, adjacent to the metro station, the development will feature Grade A office spaces along with a five-star hotel operated by a leading international hospitality brand. The project is designed as an integrated commercial and hospitality hub, catering to the growing demand in one of Bengaluru’s key technology corridors. The partnership reflects rising institutional interest in India’s premium commercial real estate sector. Brigade Group aims to strengthen its footprint in core markets, while Bain Capital continues to expand its presence in India through strategic, asset-backed investments. The project is expected to enhance high-quality office and hospitality infrastructure in Bengaluru’s rapidly growing business district. |
