| Project Detail : | Adani Airport Holdings (AAHL) has signed an agreement with IHG Hotels & Resorts to develop five hotels across prominent airport-linked and high-growth urban hubs in India. This partnership will introduce approx. 1,500 rooms under various brands, including a Kimpton hotel in Jaipur and multiple Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express properties. These developments are slated for Navi Mumbai, Mangaluru, and Thiruvananthapuram as part of the Adani Group’s ambitious "Airport City" expansion strategy. The Adani Group identifies hospitality as a primary growth engine, aiming to broaden its footprint in major cities and tourist destinations. Beyond new developments, the Group may explore the acquisition of stressed hotel assets to gain immediate market scale. Supporting this vision, Adani Enterprises recently incorporated three specialised subsidiaries—Adani Navi Mumbai Airport City, Adani Guwahati Airport City, and Adani Ahmedabad Airport City, to oversee real estate and hospitality activities. These entities will focus on constructing hotels integrated with restaurants, banquets, and business centres. This collaboration marks a significant step in transforming Indian airport precincts into vibrant, self-contained commercial and hospitality ecosystems, further strengthening the group's diversified infrastructure portfolio. |
