| Project Detail : | Chhattisgarh has secured investment proposals worth Rs 9,580 crore from seven companies during the Investor Connect programme held in Hyderabad, marking a significant boost to the state's industrial development. Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai handed over investment invitation letters to company representatives in the presence of Commerce and Industries Minister Lakhan Lal Dewangan and business leaders from southern India. The proposed investments cover diverse sectors including data centres, cement manufacturing, semiconductor and GPU infrastructure, solar equipment production, textiles, pharmaceuticals and dairy processing. Collectively, these projects are expected to generate around 7,800 direct employment across the state. Hypernext Data Center submitted the largest investment proposal at Rs 4,200 crore for a data centre project, while Feegrade and Company has proposed Rs 2,912 crore for a cement plant expected to create 4,000 work opportunities. Nivai Labs has committed Rs 1,000-crore for a semiconductor and GPU infrastructure project, while SG Mart Limited intends to invest Rs 700 crore in solar equipment manufacturing. Additional proposals from Shri Saravana Mills, Kabra Drugs and Dinshaw’s Dairy Foods are expected to strengthen textile, pharmaceutical and dairy sectors, expanding employment opportunities and industrial diversification in Chhattisgarh. |
