| Project Detail : | Gurugram-based real estate developer Tulip Infratech will invest Rs 1,100 crore to develop a premium luxury housing project on Southern Peripheral Road (SPR) The project, named Tulip Melrose, will be developed across 7.5 acres and will feature four residential towers rising to nearly 495 ft., making it one of the tallest developments along the corridor. The project will include 608 apartments, comprising exclusively five-BHK units with a super built-up area of around 3,250 sq. ft, along with 10 penthouses. The average price of each apartment is estimated at approx. Rs four crore. Each tower will have 40 floors, and the development will include a large clubhouse spanning the entire ground floor, connecting all four towers at the podium level. A sky terrace at a height of nearly 495 feet will link the towers, offering shared recreational spaces and panoramic city views. Tulip Infratech, which has already delivered more than 10 projects in Gurugram, is also developing Tulip Monsella and Tulip Crimson, taking its cumulative investment in the city’s residential segment beyond Rs 6,000 crore. The company said construction is progressing as planned and the project is expected to be completed by 2031. |
