It is planned as a landmark development featuring nearly 500 fully serviced luxury apartments catering to corporate professionals, business travellers, expatriates, NRIs, medical tourists and affluent urban residents seeking managed long-term accommodation solutions in the capital. The project will include a wide range of hospitality-inspired amenities such as concierge services, wellness facilities, premium lifestyle offerings, business support infrastructure and curated resident experiences tailored for modern urban lifestyles. Strategically located in Rohini, it is expected to offer seamless connectivity to major commercial hubs, social infrastructure and business districts, while being approximately 20 minutes from Indira Gandhi International Airport, enhancing its appeal for frequent travellers.
