| Project Detail : | Servotech Renewable Power System has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Haryana Enterprises Promotion Centre (HEPC) to facilitate an investment of around Rs 400 crore aimed at expanding its clean energy manufacturing footprint in the state. The agreement establishes a framework for cooperation between the company and the Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Haryana, to support industrial development and strengthen the clean energy manufacturing ecosystem. The planned investment will be implemented in phases over the next 24 to 36 months and will enhance Servotech’s production capabilities across EV chargers, solar products, battery packs, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and power electronics. The initiative aligns with Haryana’s focus on promoting key sectors under its Make in Haryana Industrial Policy 2026. The state government, through HEPC, will provide facilitation support and ease-of-doing-business measures to enable smooth execution of the expansion plan. The company stated that the investment will help scale manufacturing capacity, improve operational efficiency, and increase import substitution while catering to rising domestic and export demand. The move is expected to strengthen Servotech’s position in India’s fast-growing clean energy and electric mobility ecosystem while contributing to the state’s broader industrial and sustainable development goals. |
