| Project Detail : | Real estate developer Anant Raj has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Government of Haryana to invest Rs 20,000 crore in the development of large-scale data centre infrastructure across the state. The proposed investment is aimed at strengthening Haryana's digital infrastructure ecosystem and supporting the growing demand for data storage, cloud services and digital connectivity. The investment is in addition to Anant Raj's ongoing data centre expansion plans. The company currently operates 28 MW of IT load across its campuses in Manesar and Panchkula and is targeting a total capacity of 307 MW across Manesar, Panchkula and Rai by FY2032. The MoU was signed during the launch of the "Make in Haryana" policy and is expected to further position Haryana as a key destination for technology-led investments and digital innovation. |
