| Project Detail : | AU Real Estate has announced a Rs 1,200 crore investment to develop Cosmos Corner, a premium residential project in Siddharth Vihar, Ghaziabad, spread across 5.6 acres. To be developed by Cosmos REIT, the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, the land parcel was secured through a competitive Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad auction for Rs 336 crore. Cosmos Corner will feature three 40-floor towers named 'Jagannath', 'Balabhadra' and 'Subhadra', offering around 831 apartments with an estimated revenue potential of Rs 1,600 crore. Homes are priced from Rs 1.52 crore plus GST for three-BHK units to Rs 2.71 crore plus GST for five-BHK residences. Apartment configurations include 1,780 sq. ft. three-BHK units, 1,972 sq. ft. three-BHK plus multipurpose room homes, and 3,175 sq. ft. five BHK apartments. The project has an introductory base price of Rs 6,900 per sq. ft. and follows a low-density design with seven apartments and seven high-speed lifts per floor.
