| Project Detail : | Imagicaaworld Entertainment plans to invest up to Rs 100 crore in Shanku’s Water Park near Ahmedabad, marking its entry into the leisure and tourism sector in Gujarat. The investment will be channeled through Mehsana Next Parks (MNPPL), a special purpose vehicle designated to own and operate the property. Funded via a combination of equity and debt instruments, the capital includes provisions for developing new attractions on adjoining surplus land. Spread over 25 acres, Shanku’s Water Park features more than 25 rides and serves key regional hubs like Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Mehsana. Under the agreement, Imagicaaworld will take over comprehensive operations and management (O&M) services, covering safety protocols, guest experience, revenue optimization, and food and beverage services..
