| Project Detail : | Shree KB Group has announced an investment of Rs 425 crore in its flagship commercial project, KB West Walk, located in Greater Noida West. The large-format shopping mall will span 2.9 acres and offer around 7.5 lakh sq. ft. of leasable area, positioning it as a major retail and entertainment destination in the region. The project’s total investment includes approx. Rs 122 crore allocated for land acquisition and around Rs 300 crore for construction. It will feature nearly 1,290 commercial units available for sale and lease, catering to retail, food and beverage, and entertainment brands. The developer expects strong revenue potential, with projected lease rentals of around Rs 250 per sq. ft. KB West Walk is scheduled for completion by October 2030 and aligns with the rapid commercial expansion of Greater Noida West as a key urban business hub. The company is also in advanced discussions with major retail and hospitality brands to enhance tenant mix and customer experience. The project builds on Shree KB Group’s earlier land acquisition of a three-acre parcel in Greater Noida, reinforcing its strategy to expand in high-growth commercial real estate markets across Delhi-NCR. “KB West Walk will primarily operate on a leasing model.
