| Project Detail : | Signature-GlobalSignature Global (India) Ltd. has secured an investment of Rs 1,293 crore from RMZ Group, forming a 50:50 joint venture to develop a mixed-use commercial project in Gurugram. As part of the deal, RMZ has acquired a 50% equity stake in Gurugram Commercity Limited (GCL), previously a wholly owned subsidiary of Signature Global, through a Securities Subscription and Purchase Agreement with GCL and Millennia Realtors Private Limited. The project, located on the Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), will feature office spaces, hotels and retail developments, with a total Floor Space Index (FSI) of 3.94 million sq ft. Pradeep Aggarwal, Founder & Chairman, Signature Global (India) Ltd. said, ““Today represents a significant milestone in Signature Global’s growth as we expand our development portfolio with this large-scale mixed-use project.
