| Project Detail : | Malabar Gold & Diamonds has announced a major retail expansion plan with the launch of 20 new showrooms before March 31, involving a total investment of Rs 1,580 crore. This initiative marks one of the fastest showroom rollout drives in the Indian jewellery sector and will increase the company’s global presence to 445 showrooms across 14 countries, covering 22 states and Union Territories in India. The expansion is expected to generate over 725 employment opportunities and strengthen the brand’s footprint in both emerging and established markets. New showrooms will be opened in cities such as Gwalior, Ranchi, Guwahati, Gurugram, and Hyderabad, among others. This expansion reflects Malabar’s strategy to enhance accessibility, tap growing consumer demand, and reinforce its leadership position in the jewellery retail sector through rapid and widespread network growth. |
