| Project Detail : | Mizoram's Food, Civil Supplies & Consumer Affairs Minister B Lalchhanzova visited Agartala to review the progress of the Tripura–Mizoram Natural Gas Pipeline Project and explore best practices. During his visit, the Minister met with senior officials of Tripura Natural Gas Corporation (TNGCL) and reviewed how Tripura utilises natural gas across various sectors. He also toured several gas-based facilities, including PRAN Beverages, CNG stations, and ONGC installations. The 119.5-km pipeline project, part of the North East Natural Gas Pipeline Grid, is set for completion by December 2027, with 45 percent of the work already completed. He urged the implementing agencies to work diligently to ensure the project is completed successfully and on schedule. |
