| Project Detail : | The Finance and Contract Committee of the Municipal Corporation of Manesar (MCM) has approved development projects worth Rs 174 crore, covering 36 works across villages and wards. The decision was made at a meeting chaired by Mayor Dr. Inderjeet Kaur. The projects aim to strengthen basic infrastructure, including sewer networks, water supply lines, internal roads, drainage systems, and community facilities. Key works include construction of a convention hall at Harsaru village panchayat, installation of sewer lines and water pipelines, and RCC road construction in several areas. In villages such as Kasan and Naurangpur, the approved works focus on internal roads, civic infrastructure, and sewage treatment plants. Community facilities, including libraries, computer centres, multipurpose halls, and an indoor sports complex in Shikohpur with over Rs five crore allocated, are also part of the plan. Street lighting, drainage, and other urban utilities have been earmarked to improve living conditions in residential and semi-urban areas. |
