| Project Detail : | Paranjape Schemes (Construction) has entered into an investment partnership with Nisus Finance, marking a key development in the expansion of its flagship 'Blue Ridge' township in Hinjawadi Phase 1, Pune. Through its Real Estate Special Opportunities Fund-I (RESO-I), Nisus Finance will invest Rs 90 crore in Realnet Ventures to support the development of a premium residential tower within the Blue Ridge integrated township. Blue Ridge is a 150-acre mixed-use township developed by Paranjape Schemes, which has already delivered 33 residential towers housing over 6,000 families. The township also includes three operational SEZs employing more than 35,000 IT professionals, along with commercial spaces, educational facilities, and lifestyle infrastructure such as sports amenities and recreational zones. The upcoming project will be developed on 1.09 acres of land and will feature 188 premium residences in 3 BHK and 4 BHK configurations, with a total saleable area of around 4.02 lakh sq. ft. The project has an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs 370 crore. The investment reflects continued demand for integrated township living in Pune’s Hinjawadi IT corridor, driven by strong employment growth, infrastructure expansion, and preference for lifestyle-oriented residential developments. |
