| Project Detail : | Solarium Green Energy has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE), an autonomous R&D institution under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India. Signed on 24 June, 2025, the MoU marks a key milestone in advancing India’s clean energy transition. The partnership aims to co-develop advanced solar-based heating technologies suitable for cold-weather and Himalayan regions, including Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Arunachal Pradesh. By leveraging Solarium’s field experience and NISE’s technical expertise, the collaboration is focused on accelerating clean energy adoption and promoting energy-efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally sustainable solutions. The MoU includes provisions for joint efforts in: Research and development of solar heating systems, designing and prototyping solar space heating models field testing and demonstration to evaluate feasibility, durability, and scalability. The agreement also specifies frameworks for implementation, intellectual property sharing, indemnity, arbitration, termination, and confidentiality. |
