| Project Detail : | Keystone Realtors, part of the Rustomjee Group, has received the letter of acceptance (LOA) for a major redevelopment project in GTB Nagar, Sion, Mumbai. The project is being undertaken in collaboration with the Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority (MHADA) and is among the city’s most significant urban transformation initiatives. The redevelopment spans approx. 11.19 acres (45,308 square meters) and will benefit over 1,400 families. It is projected to generate a saleable area of around 20.7 lakh sq. ft., with an estimated gross development value (GDV) of Rs 4,521 crore. This strategic initiative reinforces Keystone Realtors’ commitment to inclusive, community-first development. By partnering with public agencies like MHADA, the company aims to upgrade aging residential infrastructure and build modern, resilient neighbourhoods. The GTB Nagar project also strengthens Rustomjee’s presence in central Mumbai, aligning with its long-term vision for integrated urban growth.
