| Project Detail : | Signature Global, a Gurugram-based real estate firm, plans to invest Rs 2,200 crore in a premium housing project in Gurugram, Haryana. The newly launched residential project, named Cloverdale, is located in Sector-71 along Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), and spans eight acres within a larger 22-acre development. The project comprises 770 high-end apartments, priced between Rs four crore and Rs seven crore, targeting the premium segment amid rising housing demand in the region. The project is scheduled for completion by 2031. According to Chairman Pradeep Kumar Aggarwal, the strong demand for quality housing in Gurugram, especially from reputed developers, underpins the company’s growth strategy. The company aims to expand business and achieve over 20 percent growth in pre-sales in this financial year. The Cloverdale project has already generated sales worth over Rs 2,700 crore. The firm also plans to invest Rs 4,000 crore this year, including Rs 1,200–1,500 crore for land acquisition and Rs 2,500 crore for construction. |
