| Project Detail : | Ahluwalia Contracts (India) has bagged two orders totaling Rs 1,103.56 crore for the construction of residential projects in Bengaluru and Gurugram. The first order, awarded by Whiteland Corporation, involves the construction of Urban Resort, comprising seven residential towers at Sector-103, Gurugram in Haryana. The contract is valued at Rs 821 crore and is expected to be executed within 36 months. The second order worth Rs 282.56 crore has been awarded by JV of Nestled Haven Estates and MAIA Estates for a group housing project named ‘The Beacon’-- in Bengaluru. The scope of work includes civil structure and architectural finishing work, which is scheduled to executed within 32 months. |
