| Project Detail : | Riveria Infrastructures (RIPL), Ahmedabad-based company has secured a Rs 129.25 crore contract from Nila Urban Living, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NILA Spaces to execute construction work for its upcoming premium residential development at GIFT City, Gujarat. The contract, includes the core and shell construction of the residential towers. The project is scheduled to be completed over 27 months from the date of commencement. The project, is located on a prime plot, for which Nila Spaces secured the rights last year through a record bid of Rs 6,557 per sq. ft. for development rights in the Special Economic Zone (SEZ). This makes it the most expensive parcel of land, in absolute terms, in the state. The upcoming residential enclave will offers thoughtfully designed living spaces that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and high performance. |
