| Project Detail : | Meghna Infracon Infrastructure (MIIL) has signed a development agreement for the redevelopment of a residential project measuring approx. 31,000 sq. ft. in the upscale Dadar/Prabhadevi locality in Mumbai. The project is estimated to generate Rs 800 million in revenue, marking MIIL's strategic entry into the South Mumbai micro-market. The project is slated for launch in calendar year 2025 and will feature a luxury sea-facing and city-facing residential complex, offering high-end living in a prime location. Situated near Shivaji Park and Prabhadevi Station, and within a two km radius of educational institutions, hospitals, shopping centres, and corporate hubs, the development promises strong connectivity and access to lifestyle amenities. Commenting on the announcement, Mr. Vikram Jayantilal Lodha, Managing Director of MIIL, said, “This development is a part of our strategy to focus on the fast-growing aspirational segment of the real estate market. Dadar/Prabhadevi has great connectivity and accessibility. This agreement aligns with our expansion strategy and helps us enter one of the growing micro markets in the city.” |
