| Project Detail : | The Uttar Pradesh government is set to construct a flatted factory in Greater Noida with an investment of Rs 125 crore, aiming to support the MSME sector and contribute to the state’s ambition of achieving a USD one trillion economy. The initiative is part of the state’s broader industrial development strategy to foster both micro, small and medium enterprises as well as large-scale industries. The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) has planned the project, which will be located in Sector 28 of Greater Noida, Gautam Buddha Nagar. Spanning over 38,665 sq. mtrs., the facility will be a multi-storey industrial complex designed to accommodate several independent manufacturing units engaged in activities such as production, assembly, and storage. Equipped with power supply, water, elevators, HVAC systems, and fire safety features, the flatted factory is tailored for MSMEs in space-constrained urban areas. The construction is expected to be completed within two years, and the facility is projected to attract investments, generate employment for youth, and boost regional economic activity. |
