| Project Detail : | The Shahabad region—covering Bhojpur, Buxar, Rohtas, and Kaimur—is set to benefit from the upcoming Patna-Sasaram four-lane greenfield highway, improving links between Patna, Ara, and Sasaram. Designed to cut travel time and enhance safety, construction is set to begin in June 2024, with completion targeted for 2028. The project will follow the DBFOT (Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer) model and will be built in two packages: Package 1: 74 km from Saura (Rohtas) to Asni (Bhojpur), Package 2: 46 km from Sadisopur (Patna Ring Road) to Asni (NH-119A). |
