| Project Detail : | Afcons Infrastructure has received a letter of award (LoA) from Public Health Engineering Department (PHED), Rajasthan, on 30 May, 2025, for water supply project in Dungarpur district (Package-1) under Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM). The project aims to provide drinking water to 353 villages of Chikhli, Simalwara, Jonthary and Galiyakot block from the Kadana Back Water (Mahi Dam). The value of contact is Rs 463.50 crore and the work is to be completed within 20 months. Afcons was declared the lowest bidder for the project by PHED, Rajasthan, on 11 December, 2024. The scope of the contract includes construction of intake well, water treatment plant (WTP) and entire transmission system up to overhead service reservoirs (OHSRs). It also includes operation and maintenance (O&M) of the infrastructure for ten years, following a one-year defect liability period. |
