| Company Name : | Godrej Properties Limited |
| Project Detail : | Godrej Properties has acquired a 14-acre land parcel in Kharadi-Wagholi, Pune, as part of its strategic expansion plan. The company announced in a regulatory filing on Monday that it intends to develop a premium residential housing project on the site, with a developable potential of 3.7 million sq. ft. and an estimated revenue potential of Rs 4,200 crore. The Kharadi-Wagholi micro-market is one of Pune’s most in-demand real estate hubs, and this marks Godrej Properties’ entry into the region. The Mumbai-headquartered developer is among India’s top real estate firms with significant footprints in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, and Pune, and has recently forayed into Hyderabad. This latest acquisition aligns with Godrej Properties’ broader target of launching projects worth Rs 40,000 crore in FY26. Managing Director and CEO of the company, Gaurav Pandey, stated, “We are happy to mark our entry into this micro market, which fits within our strategy of strengthening our presence across key micro-markets in India. We aim to create a high-quality development that delivers long-term value to its residents.” |
