| Project Detail : | Rajhans (Desai-Jain) Group has evolved into a diversified and fast-growing conglomerate, headquartered in Surat. With operations spanning real estate, confectionery, entertainment, e-commerce, textiles, and hospitality, the Group is poised for a major expansion across India over the next three years. The Group’s flagship vertical, Rajhans Realty, has delivered over 30 million sq. ft. of real estate projects across Gujarat and Maharashtra, with 15 million sq. ft., under development. Plans are in place to launch new projects in Karnataka, Delhi-NCR, Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. Rajhans Cinemas, which began in 2000, currently operates 140 screens across 35 locations and aims to double this to 280 by year-end, expanding into major cities like Mumbai, Hyderabad, and Noida. In the confectionery space, Schmitten Chocolates and its sub-brand Hoppits are on track to grow from 65 exclusive outlets to over 100 by 2026. Other verticals include Shareconomy, a B2B e-commerce platform; textile production of over two lakh mtrs. daily; and hospitality, with Enjoy Restaurants expanding from 10 to 30 outlets and upcoming five-star hotels in key pilgrimage destinations. |
