The company aims to strengthen its presence in existing cities while entering new markets, targeting a footprint of five million sq. ft. this year and expanding to 10-12 cities in the next two years. Founder Manas Mehrotra emphasised the rising demand for flexible workspaces, driven by corporate needs for agility, collaboration, and cost efficiency. He highlighted the growing role of coworking spaces in corporate real estate strategies, noting that industry reports project the flex workspace sector to exceed 100 million sq. ft. by 2030, with annual growth surpassing 20 percent. Currently managing three million sq. ft. across 45 locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune, the company plans further expansion through organic growth and acquisitions. |
