| Project Detail : | NBCC (India) has bagged two major infrastructure contracts worth Rs 658.42 crore. The largest order, valued at Rs 438.98 crore, was awarded by the Uttarakhand Investment and Infrastructure Development Board for multiple revitalisation and refurbishment projects in Haridwar. It includes the rejuvenation of Rodia Belwala, redevelopment of Sati Kund and its surroundings, and the revitalisation of Har Ki Pauri and Subhash Ghat to enhance the region’s infrastructure. Additionally, it involves the resurfacing of parking and commercial areas along the upper road near Haridwar railway station. The second contract, valued at Rs 219.45 crore, has been awarded by the Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) for the construction and development of infrastructure projects at the C-DOT Campus, Mehrauli, New Delhi. NBCC’s Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services will oversee the development of data centres, residential buildings, hostels, housing units, and a technical block, contributing to the enhancement of India’s telecommunication infrastructure. |
