| Project Detail : | PSP Projects has secured a contract worth Rs 101.67 crore for constructing the main building of the Gujarat Biotechnology Research Centre (GBRC) at GIFT City Gandhinagar. The project is likely to be completed within a period of 18 months Under the contract, the company will be responsible for the development and maintenance of the main building of GBRC. By securing this contract in the government category, the company's total order inflow for the financial year 2023-24 till date will reach Rs 1,060.30 crore PSP has been declared as a lowest bidder (L1) by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) for the development of Sabarmati Riverfront in Gujarat worth Rs 409.93 crore. In October 2023, the company expanded its scope of work for the construction of a chocolate plant (Phase-III) in Sanand, Ahmedabad, for a multinational company In the institutional category, the company has also secured an order worth Rs 57.33 crore from Ozone Viswanath Developers for the construction of the OVD_14 Commercial Tower in GIFT City. Another order involved the development of the Kalamkhus Campus in Ahmedabad, worth Rs 24.81 crore, for the local civic body in the government category |
