| Project Detail : | The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has issued a tender for Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for construction of an executive hostel-cum-club building at Indian Academy of Highway Engineers, Sector-62, Noida in Uttar Pradesh The PMC consultant will carry out the preparation/modification of the concept plan, detailed architectural and structural design and drawing and day-to-day supervision, as well as obtaining the necessary approvals from concerned departments. The PMC would be required till completion and handing over of the project to IAHE PMC will be for a period of about 51 months, including nine months for preparation of design & drawings, BoQ, and others and 30 months for construction period and 12 months of defect liability period (DLP) The closing date for bid submission is 30 October, 2023 |
